Apply for support

Is this program right for your institution?

Who this support
is for.

Bridging Access is for teaching institutions whose financial or resource constraints prevent them from reasonably funding a standard simulator licence. Tell us what limits access, how you would use the simulator and what contribution is feasible.

We assess the applying institution’s needs and teaching plans individually. Location alone does not establish eligibility, and support is not guaranteed.

Before you apply

A few useful
answers.

Who is the program for?

Universities, training providers and clinical teaching teams whose resource constraints prevent them from reasonably funding a standard simulator licence. The program focuses on expanding access in underserved settings. We assess each institution’s needs, teaching plans and resources individually; location alone does not establish eligibility.

What support is offered?

A subsidy towards an institutional simulator licence. This is not cash funding or an individual scholarship. Support is not guaranteed.

How much will a licence cost?

If approved, a written offer will set out the licence scope, approved subsidy, payable fee, licence period and included support. You have no purchase commitment by applying.

Can we apply if our contribution is unknown or zero?

Yes. You can indicate that your contribution is not yet known or that you are unable to contribute. Tell us about your department’s circumstances and teaching plans.

Is continued support guaranteed?

No. Any further support would require a fresh review and agreement. The licence period and renewal position will be stated in the written offer.

Is this the form for pricing or a demonstration?

For standard licences and product demonstrations, request a tailored solution and quote. For other questions, send a general enquiry. This application is specifically for institutions seeking subsidised access because of resource constraints.
