The service and your agreement

The service provides educational resources and simulated practice in radiotherapy and medical imaging. It is not supplied for diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment delivery or other patient care. Read the Educational Use and Safety Statement with these terms. A score or completion record is educational feedback, not a professional qualification or proof of clinical competence.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement or use the service through an authorised institutional arrangement that provides any required consent and supervision. The service is intended for relevant students, educators and professionals. Where an institution arranges access, its authorised user rules also apply, provided they do not remove mandatory legal rights.

We identify the applicable terms before registration or purchase where acceptance is required. The modules and licence offered at purchase, and any written institutional agreement, determine what access is included. An unrelated institution’s agreement does not change an individual purchase.

Accounts and access permissions

Provide accurate details and use your own account. Keep login credentials private and use a credential that is different from your employer or university password. An institutional email address does not mean that institutional single sign-on or multi-factor authentication is enabled.

Student and member identifiers are matched within an organisation. Do not create duplicate identities to bypass access controls, attempt limits or assessment rules. Contact us if you have an existing account under a different name or organisation. Curriculum and simulator logins are separate systems and may require separate access arrangements.

Registration, account activation and module permission are separate steps. A pending or suspended account cannot use a module merely because a payment reference or institution name has been supplied. Administrators may verify your identity, payment and entitlement before granting access.

Individual access is for one named user. Institutional seats and teaching rights are governed by the relevant agreement. A student account does not permit administration of other users, publication of shared cases or changes to teaching references.

Acceptable use

Use the service for authorised learning, teaching or evaluation. Do not impersonate another person, share a paid login, interfere with other users, bypass authentication or payment controls, introduce malicious material, or conduct unapproved testing that disrupts or accesses the service.

Do not submit identifiable patient data, unlawful material or material you lack permission to use. Do not try to identify people in de-identified teaching datasets. Follow assessment instructions and identify your own work accurately. Restrictions on our service do not remove permissions or exceptions that apply independently to third-party material.

Individual paid RT Contour and Image Match access

Individual paid access is for one named account. The selected offer identifies the included modules, price, currency, charges, access period and whether payment is one-off or recurring. Prices and periods may vary between offers. Buying RT Contour does not also buy Image Match, curriculum, RT Simulator or Radiography unless the offer expressly includes them. Institutional arrangements are separate.

Payment is processed through Stripe or another method we expressly accept. We show the total payable before you confirm the purchase. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. CETSOL PTY LTD is not currently registered for Australian GST and does not charge Australian GST.

For an annual subscription, you pay at checkout for the first year and authorise Stripe to charge the displayed annual price to your payment method at each annual renewal until you cancel. There is no trial unless expressly stated. The checkout, receipt and Manage subscription page identify your billing period and next renewal. Choosing a recurring offer is a separate, express choice; an earlier one-off purchase is not converted to a subscription automatically.

Sign in to the student account you intend to use before subscribing. After Stripe confirms successful payment, the service activates eligible individual student access to RT Contour for the paid billing period. A new student account may be activated as part of this process. Payment does not grant educator, administrator, institutional or other-module rights, and does not override a suspension. Identity conflicts or account restrictions require support review. Contact enquiries@radiotherapyeducation.org if paid access is not available promptly so we can resolve it or provide an appropriate remedy.

Each confirmed renewal extends subscription access through the end of its paid billing period. A failed, incomplete or unpaid renewal does not extend access; Stripe may retry a failed payment. If payment later succeeds, access follows the billing period shown on that invoice. You can update your payment method through Manage subscription. A separate valid institutional or other grant may continue to provide access.

You can cancel future renewals at any time before the next charge through Manage subscription at https://radiotherapyeducation.org/billing/. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so you can continue using the paid access until then. Stopping use, signing out or uninstalling an app does not itself cancel billing. If you cannot use the cancellation controls, email enquiries@radiotherapyeducation.org; we will assist and honour a cancellation request received before renewal. Keep the confirmation of cancellation.

We will not change the price already paid for a period. Before changing the recurring price for a future period, we will give at least 30 days notice, explain the new price and renewal date, and give you an opportunity to cancel. A material change that requires your consent will not be imposed merely by publishing new terms. Your rights under applicable consumer law are preserved.

For a one-off offer or an expressly manual payment arrangement, activation and renewal remain subject to payment verification and the access period stated in that offer. There is no automatic recurring charge for those purchases. Existing one-off terms and unused paid periods are not replaced by this subscription offer.

Access under a paid grant ends when its term expires, unless it is successfully renewed. This does not immediately delete your account or saved progress. See the Privacy Policy for retention and contact us for important learning records.

Support availability and changes

For account, technical or payment help, email enquiries@radiotherapyeducation.org with the affected module, account identifier and a description of the issue. Do not send a password or full card details. Where useful, include a screenshot without patient or other people’s personal information.

Performance depends on the device, browser, connection and dataset. A feature available on desktop may operate differently on a phone, tablet or headset. Published device requirements and any trial offered should be considered before purchase. We do not promise uninterrupted service or identical performance on every device.

We may maintain, fix or improve the service. Where a planned change materially reduces a paid service during its current term, we will give appropriate notice and address the effect on your access, including remedies required by law. We will not retrospectively change the price already paid for that term.

Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

If the service fails to meet an applicable guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as having the issue fixed, cancellation, a refund or compensation, depending on the circumstances. Contact enquiries@radiotherapyeducation.org with the problem and purchase details. You do not lose these rights because you have logged in, used the service or allowed an annual subscription to renew.

Cancelling future renewals normally leaves access available for the remainder of the paid period; it does not itself issue a refund for that period. For a change of mind, accidental purchase or unexpected renewal, contact us promptly. We consider discretionary requests separately from mandatory legal rights.

An approved full refund can automatically end access for the refunded subscription period. Partial refunds and other adjustments are reviewed according to the circumstances. A payment dispute may temporarily restrict the affected subscription while it is resolved. These actions do not remove unrelated valid grants or erase saved work. A refund does not by itself cancel future renewals: we will confirm whether the subscription is also cancelled and help you stop it where requested.

Your work and intellectual property

You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of your original submissions. By saving or submitting work, you give CETSOL permission to store, process, display and share it only as reasonably needed to provide the selected service, assessment, support and authorised institutional administration. This permission does not transfer ownership or give us an unrestricted right to sell your identifiable work.

Case administrators and authorised experts must have permission to supply scans, contours, teaching text and related materials. Publishing a teaching reference or a case default makes that material available to the users permitted to access the case. Keep the source, licence and review status attached to it.

CETSOL and its licensors retain rights in their respective software, teaching content and branding. Third-party datasets, research papers and open-source components have their own rights and licence conditions. The Copyright and Third Party Credits statement explains the distinction.

Suspension and ending access

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected unauthorised access, material misuse, non-payment or a legal requirement. The response should be proportionate. Where practicable, we will explain the reason, offer an opportunity to resolve it and review relevant information you provide. Urgent protection may require action before notice. Buying a subscription cannot override an account suspension.

You may stop using the service or ask us to close your account. Cancel any subscription through Manage subscription, or include a cancellation request when you contact us about closure. We will confirm future billing has been stopped as part of handling that request. Closure does not itself settle an outstanding refund or dispute. We explain the effect on learning records and information we must retain.

If we discontinue a paid service before the end of a term for reasons not caused by your breach, we will address the unused period and any applicable refund or other remedy. An institutional administrator ending institutional access does not automatically cancel a separate subscription; use Manage subscription or contact us.

Responsibility and disputes

You are responsible for using the service within its educational purpose and for obtaining permission for material you supply. We are responsible for obligations the law places on us as the supplier. These terms do not impose an unlimited indemnity on learners or disclaim every loss regardless of its cause.

Educational references, automated registration, interpolation and scoring can contain errors or differences of interpretation. Refer issues to an educator and avoid relying on a result for patient care. The presence of a published study does not guarantee a particular user’s result or establish approval of every current feature.

Contact enquiries@radiotherapyeducation.org first about a dispute so we can attempt a practical resolution. This does not prevent you from approaching a regulator, tribunal or court with jurisdiction or using a mandatory remedy available where you live.

Changes to the terms

We will date a published update and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes needed for future purchases will be shown before purchase. We will not use a later version to remove accrued rights or retrospectively impose a materially different paid bargain without an appropriate agreement or remedy.
