Verify your student eligibility
How we check and protect your information
We use your account details, institution name and a redacted current enrolment document to check this offer. For evidence, show your name, institution, course and current enrolment dates; hide date of birth, address, grades, fees and unrelated identifiers. Evidence is reviewed by CETSOL through our existing enquiries email service and deleted within 30 days after review, unless needed for a dispute or legal requirement. We keep the verification decision and reviewer record. See our Privacy Policy. An approval lets you start checkout within 90 days. Existing annual subscriptions continue under their agreed renewal terms.

Automatic activation and renewal
Confirmed payments activate RT Contour for the linked student account. Each successful annual renewal extends access to the end of its paid billing period. Suspended accounts need administrator review.
Cancel before the next charge
Use Manage subscription to stop future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid. If you cannot use the online controls, contact enquiries@radiotherapyeducation.org.
Your existing work stays yours
Cancellation does not immediately delete your account or practice history. Access after expiry depends on another valid licence. Refunds and consumer rights are explained in our terms.
